on the way to work today, I was listening to the radio and some guy called in saying that Bush and his dad pretty much planned this whole thing out to draw america into a war. He said that this was just like the war against Iraq, and that "it was not far-fetched to think that The Bush family is insane enough to hire all these individuals, plant evidence against Osama Bin Laden, and carry out terrorist attacks on their own country."
that guy's an idiot.

Hey...yeah...that makes sense. Bush is responsible for having four planes hi-jacked. wtf? I mean, yeah, Bush has had his moments, but so far with this situation everything is being done the way it should be, and we should be behind him, and not blaming him. Blaming him for what?
Come on now...

how bush is responsibile? that's the most idiotic thing i've ever heard.
i'm so tired of people who have no idea about politics continously running their mouths. i wouls ask for an explanation of how exactly bush is responsibile... but it would be just as dumb as the original statement.

Aish is right... my g/f's parents and one of her friends are all talking about how bush is responsible and how he should resign. But going away for several days?
I don't think that'll do anything. One place is just as bad as the next if they launch a nuke or any other weapon of mass distruction. In my opinion things will be pretty safe as is, and I doubt they'll plan anything for the next week or so.
The attack was to cause hysteria, bring fear into the US, and send a message. It did just that. I think the best thing we can do now, is send our hopes and prayers to the families of those who are missing a father, mother, brother, sister or other relative and better prepare should such an event occur again.
